Founder with an idea

You have the idea. I'll build the AI product and get it live.

A written plan and a clear budget before any code, a demo you can click every week, and a product you own.

Sound familiar?

  • “I don't know where to start, or what it should cost.”
  • “Quotes for the same idea vary ten times over.”
  • “I'm afraid of ending up with code nobody can run.”
  • “A developer has let me down before.”

That’s the work I take on.

Proof

  • AI reply grounded in cited help-centre content, shadow-mode draft metrics per channel, and metered AI credits in billing.

    AI PDF Chat

Upload several PDFs and ask questions across all of them or one; every answer cites the PDF and page, and the citation opens the passage highlighted.

  • Ali built a custom full-featured admin dashboard for our app, and the experience working with him was excellent from start to finish. He was highly responsive, proactive in proposing solutions, and consistently gave clear scope estimates upfront so I always knew what to expect. He communicated proactively about status, details, and different options, offered thoughtful suggestions whenever issues came up, and collaborated smoothly with the main app developer. The admin panel shipped clean with great functionality: multilingual support, role-based permissions, and clean handling of media uploads across audio, video, and images. Any issues were fixed quickly within a day. It was a great experience working with Ali and I'm looking forward to our next project together. Thank you Ali. Highly recommend!

How we'd work

From email to launch

  1. 01

    You email

Say what you're building, how far along it is, your budget and your timeline. The draft already asks.

  2. 02

    I reply within 24 hours

With questions, or a time for a call.

  3. 03

    A short call

We find the smallest version worth building, or agree not to build it.

  4. 04

    A written plan and quote

Model choice, retrieval design, how output gets checked, and a cost and speed budget, in writing.

  5. 05

    A demo every week

Something you can click every week, not a reveal at the end.

  6. 06

    Launch and handover

A codebase the next engineer can read, on your accounts. The code and the rights to it are yours.

Questions

Do I need a technical co-founder?
Not to get your first version live. I make the technical decisions, explain them in plain language, and hand over a product your future team can run.
What if my budget is smaller?
Tell me the number. We can cut the first version down to the part that proves the idea, and I'll say plainly if the budget doesn't fit the product.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, the schema, the design files and the deployment setup belong to you, and the agreement we sign says so. If your company has its own contract or IP assignment, I'll work to yours.
What do I need to prepare?
A short description of the idea, who it's for, and any examples you like. No technical documents are needed; the written plan comes from our first call.

Tell me what you’re building and where it’s stuck.

The draft asks four short questions. I reply within 24 hours.
